DBHY Camel Train Lace: This yarn is a pleasure to knit with. Its lovely and smooth and provides good stitch definition. And best of all it doesn’t split. The yarn is really strong and could withstand a hard blocking. The end result is a wonderfully light shawl with good drape and surprising warmth.
Lindi, Bondi Beach
DBHY Tough Stocking in Sugared Almonds: The yarn is beautiful and I’ll certainly use it again. The colours are very delicate.
DBHY Tough Stocking: This is possibly one of the best 4ply/fingering sock yarns I’ve used. It is incredibly soft, consistent and has great ‘stretchability’. The socks only used about 3/4 of the skein so I have plenty to put towards another project.
DBHY Mother’s Love DK: I love the yarn, the knit is so easy, and so pretty and the yarn is warm and soft. Love, love love.
Shona, Goulburn Valley
DBHY Blue Ribbon Lace: lovely wool to knit with, soft and not fuzzy.
DBHY Camel Train Lace: I love the feel of this yarn: silky, soft, warm. It flows through the fingers wonderfully and drapes very nicely. It is strong enough to withstand reasonable tension (it didn’t break when it got caught on the swift and I tried to tug it free), and is forgiving of tinking/frogging.
DBHY Mother’s Love DK: The yarn spoke to me so clearly at Bendigo and it’s really exciting to see it achieve its dreams. Mother’s Love is a perfect yarn for a cowl because it’s so soft on the skin.
DBHY Tough Stocking in Tyger Tyger: Gorgeous colour. The photos don’t do it justice. It’s rich, vibrant and I couldn’t wait to use it.
DBHY Mother’s Love DK: The DBHY yarn is just WONDERFUL to work with, so soft and great stitch definition!
DBHY Tough Stocking in Vegemite: I have had so many positive comments from friends about the colours in ‘Vegemite’. Initially I thought it was black with a fleck of reddish but how wrong was I! There’s an amazing array of subdued colours throughout the yarn. It’s a real winner.
DBHY Tough Stocking: This yarn does not split nor fuzz whilst knitting. A nice easy to use, well behaved yarn. Good stitch definition.
